Q: What is your return policy?

A: Due to the sanitary nature of our products, we, unfortunately, cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to check the sizing chart before purchasing any undergarments.

Q: Could there be additional costs for international orders beyond shipping?

A: Yes, there may be additional costs for our international customers. Many countries will charge taxes or duty based on the amount of your purchase. Awestomy LLC is not liable for this cost and it is the customer’s responsibility to cover. Apparel typically has an import duty rate of 12% and VAT rate of 20% .  For more information on customs please visit:

Q: Are your products medical devices?

A: No, our products are not intended to cure or treat any disease. But we do hope they make you feel happy and confident.

Q: How will I know what size to get?

Q: What if I have an awesome idea for your next product?

A: Tell us! We have tons of ideas for new products but we’d love to hear from you!

Q: What if I am a charity or non-profit and would like to be a part of ‘Give A Sh*t”?

A: Please complete the charity form on the “Give A Sh*t” page and we will get back to you asap! If you are not a part of the charity but know of someone we should know about, just email us at We will be choosing a new charity each month.

Q: Where are your products made and printed?

A: We are just humble Hoosiers that value locally-made products and that is what we produce. We currently are working with Mercurious Designs in Noblesville, IN for our undergarments and Burnish and Press prints our T-shirts.

Q: What is your privacy policy?

A: At Awestomy you can be completely comfortable with your purchase. We will never sell your personal information to any third party. The only information that is shared, is your shipping address with our shipping provider, USPS & UPS, in order to ship your product to you.

Q: If I order multiple products will they ship in one package?

A: Sweet you ordered more than one thing! You rock! Yes, of course we will put your products together in one package to save you on shipping. They will actually be personally cared for and packaged by someone on our staff. AKA: The co-founders Jason & Jessica

Q: What happens if I order a “back ordered” item?

A:  This just means that we currently do not have that item in stock. It can take two to three weeks to replenish our inventory and ship the item to you. Typically, we will wait until we have all of the items in your order before shipping. However, if you don’t want to wait for your non back ordered items, just let us know by adding a note to your order or emailing us.
